CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
- Cultivate genuine relationships with our audience across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube by responding authentically to comments, messages, and engagement
- Foster a sense of belonging within our community; recognize and celebrate community members who are active and engaged
- Be present and responsive: answer questions, address concerns, and build trust through consistent, thoughtful communication
- Identify and nurture potential leads by understanding who in our community is interested in our services and ready to take action
- Create touchpoints through email, social media, and other channels that keep our community warm and connected between major campaigns or product releases
STRATEGIC OUTREACH THROUGH DIGITAL CHANNELS
- Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, email) that deepens relationships and guides community members toward becoming warm leads
- Create content that invites conversation rather than just broadcasts; encourage shares, comments, and direct messages
- Segment your outreach so different audience groups (Last Hour Hosting prospects, Shiloh Echo attendees, Touch Grass Show viewers) receive messaging tailored to their interests and readiness
- Map the relationship journey: understand how someone moves from awareness to interest to becoming a qualified lead, and develop touchpoints for each stage
- Coordinate campaigns that nurture leads across multiple channels (e.g., a YouTube video that links to an email signup that leads to a direct conversation)
LEAD GENERATION & QUALIFICATION
- Track and nurture warm leads that emerge from community engagement; maintain notes on their interests and stage in the journey
- Coordinate with leadership on follow-up conversations with warm leads; ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Report on lead quality and conversion, not just vanity metrics like views or followers
- Optimize for conversion: continually refine messaging and touchpoints to move engaged community members toward closed deals
CONTENT & MESSAGING
- Develop authentic, value-driven content that reflects our mission and builds trust (not hype or manipulation)
- Tell stories from our community, products, and projects that resonate with people who care about privacy, sustainability, and meaningful living
- Manage email campaigns that stay warm without being pushy, and provide real value to subscribers
- Maintain consistency in voice, values, and messaging across all digital channels
COLLABORATION & REPORTING
- Work closely with the Shiloh team to understand our products, upcoming initiatives, and community needs
- Provide monthly reports on community growth, lead quality, engagement trends, and conversion metrics
- Contribute ideas for deepening relationships and expanding our community in authentic ways
