Moran Wealth Management is a Naples-based, fee-only fiduciary registered investment adviser stewarding billions in client assets — and we run one of the most active marketing operations in our industry. We launch a major campaign roughly every 60 days, produce three original podcast/video shows, and partner with a roster of specialized agencies across creative, digital, podcast/video, direct mail, and broadcast. We are building a lean, modern, AI-forward marketing team, and we’re looking for ambitious people who want to grow with us.
The Marketing Coordinator is the connective tissue that keeps it all moving. If you’re the person who keeps the trains running on time — who knows where every deliverable is, who owns the calendar, and who never lets a handoff fall through the cracks — this is your seat. You will work directly alongside a peer Digital Marketing Specialist and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
What You’ll Own
- Agency trafficking. Brief, coordinate, and chase deliverables across our creative, SEO/digital, podcast/video, direct mail, and TV partners. You’re the single point of contact who keeps them on schedule.
- Campaign calendar. Own the master calendar and 60-day campaign cadence, ensuring all campaign milestones, dependencies, and launch dates remain visible and on track.
- Project management. Maintain project plans, task lists, and status updates across multiple concurrent campaigns and vendor relationships.
- Asset & approval flow. Route creative for review, keep compliance and stakeholders moving, and maintain orderly, findable files.
- Handoffs. Keep the line clean between marketing and our client experience team so every lead and follow-up lands where it should.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of coordination, project management, marketing, or agency-side account experience.
- Exceptional organization and follow-through — you consistently close loops and drive tasks to completion without prompting.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with outside vendors.
- Comfort juggling multiple workstreams and deadlines without dropping a thread.
- Curiosity about AI and project tools that improve efficiency, organization, and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Who Thrives Here
✓ You get genuine satisfaction from order, momentum, and a clean status board.
✓ You’re the calm center when five things are due at once.
✓ You’re early in your career and eager to take ownership of meaningful work.
✓ You hold vendors accountable without burning the relationship.
This Role May Not Be a Fit If
— You prefer to own one creative deliverable over keeping many moving.
— You let “I’ll get to it” items pile up.
— You’re uncomfortable holding people to deadlines.
