Proline Concrete Construction is seeking hardworking individuals to join our team as Foundation & Poured Wall Laborers. We are hiring team members of all experience levels for projects throughout the West Michigan area.
Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, are physically capable of performing demanding construction work, and are eager to learn and grow within the concrete construction industry.

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
JOB DUTIES:
- Construct and assemble foundation and wall form systems
- Measure, lay out, and install footing and wall forms
- Assist with surveying and site layout activities
- Guide and assist concrete placement operations
- Finish and smooth concrete surfaces
- Remove forms after concrete has cured
- Install foundation insulation panels
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Work as part of a crew to complete residential and commercial foundation projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented and safety-focused
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently with a crew
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Good attendance history
