Are you an organized, people-focused professional with a passion for Human Resources? kisco Park Terrace is seeking a talented HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting associates and leaders while helping to create a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace environment.
In this role, you will partner closely with the community HR leader to support a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, associate relations, training, payroll support, and HR systems—ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all associates.
Schedule: Part time 9am-5pm
Pay: $23-$25/hr
What You’ll Do

Provide day-to-day HR support to associates and managers, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding processes, including pre-employment screenings and new hire orientation
- Maintain accurate and compliant associate records and HR documentation
- Support associate relations by assisting with investigations, conflict resolution, and employee inquiries
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate HRIS data
- Support administration of benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
- Help communicate HR programs and coordinate associate recognition initiatives
- Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive associate information
- Collaborate with leadership and Home Office HR to support organizational initiatives
What You Bring

High school diploma with 2+ years of HR experience, or associate degree with 1+ year of HR experience, or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
