What You'll Do
Every day is different. You may find yourself:
- Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Capturing photos and videos of our team, company culture, training, community involvement, and events.
- Editing videos and creating graphics that tell our story.
- Managing and growing our social media presence.
- Keeping our website updated with fresh content.
- Assisting with SEO and improving our online visibility.
- Learning and implementing new AI tools and marketing technology.
- Building email and text message marketing campaigns.
- Helping create marketing automations and workflows.
- Planning and participating in community events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
- Brainstorming creative campaigns and new ways to reach potential customers.
- Tracking marketing performance and recommending improvements.
- Supporting other marketing projects as our company continues to grow.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to our Fargo, Grand Forks, and Detroit Lakes locations, with additional locations opening in the future.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when setting up marketing materials or event equipment.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
