Requirements of this Project Manager role:
- 7+ year’ experience in a Project Manager role on medical projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with owners and subcontractors
- ASHE HCC certification a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience equivalent
- Develop business opportunities
- Develop project schedules and be responsible for project cost control
- Work with field management to generate a job-specific safety plan
- Manage budget and financial reporting
- Ensure adherence to ethics and compliance requirements
