We’re growing our Indianapolis team and looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals to join us as Entry Level Events Assistants. You’ll represent exciting brands at retail pop-ups, live events, and promotional campaigns across the Indianapolis area.
This is a people-focused role perfect for individuals interested in marketing, customer service, events, sales, brand promotions, or communications.
No previous experience is required. Full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Events Assistant, you’ll help bring promotional campaigns to life by creating engaging customer experiences in busy retail and event environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers at retail events and promotional pop-ups
- Represent brands in a professional, energetic, and approachable way
- Build rapport and create positive first impressions
- Explain promotions, products, and services clearly and confidently
- Assist customers through digital sign-ups and registrations
- Work closely with your team to achieve daily performance goals
- Learn valuable sales, communication, and customer engagement skills
This is a hands-on role where personality, confidence, and attitude matter.
