We are currently seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate has years of experience in diagnosing mechanical and electronic problems, repairing and maintaining machines or equipment and using a variety of tools. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS! We're interested in hiring a Diesel Mechanic who is focused on completing their work efficiently while also communicating effectively with other employees.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines.
- Repair engine components.
- Keep daily records of all work performed.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance and diagnose problems with diesel engines.
- Know the various systems in an engine, such as the cooling system, fuel system, ignition system, and emission controls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
