Lead Restaurant Manager
Job Summary
Clear Path Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to support and oversee daily operations at our restaurant located in Holly Springs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Lead Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting restaurant operations, developing team members, maintaining service standards, improving operational efficiency, and helping drive the overall success of the restaurant. This position requires a hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while creating a positive and productive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house execution, food preparation, service standards, and overall guest experience.
- Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members while promoting a positive and accountable work environment.
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth operations, proper staffing, and adherence to company standards.
- Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction.
- Utilize POS systems for sales tracking, reporting, cash handling, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
- Assist with labor management, scheduling, and daily operational planning.
- Address guest concerns and service recovery opportunities professionally and effectively.
- Support financial goals through cost control, waste reduction, and operational improvements.
- Oversee food production standards to ensure quality, consistency, and proper execution.
- Assist with catering events, banquets, and special functions as needed to support revenue growth.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement efforts to increase brand awareness and drive guest traffic.
- Partner with restaurant leadership on staffing, promotions, and outreach efforts to strengthen the restaurant’s presence within the local community.
- Support company initiatives and maintain alignment with Clear Path Hospitality’s standards and values.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience required.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety practices, and hospitality standards.
- Proven ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and daily restaurant reporting.
- Understanding of inventory control, labor management, and cost control practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest and team concerns effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Culinary knowledge or food preparation experience is preferred.
- Previous fast-casual or full-service restaurant management experience is a plus.
