A growing manufacturing company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This is a full-time position Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with exceptional benefits. On site, no remote work. No travel required. Established company over 97 years old and this position is an excellent opportunity for lifelong employment.
Responsibilities:
· Customer Service of existing and potential new accounts. No cold calling.
· Prepare quotations by analyzing material and labor costs, item costs, sales trends, drawings, related customer documents, customer history, product market trends and competition
· Prepare sales orders by reviewing purchase orders received via email and fax
· Communicate with a variety of customers from maintenance to corporate level sales and project engineers
· Daily communication with company management, production, and shipping departments
· Communicate with outside sales representatives

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years industry experience
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SolidWorks preferred
· Previous experience with Sage 100 ERP and Repfabric CRM preferred
· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
