We're looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee pool builds and backyard remodels, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and the highest standard.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in various construction management software. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of pool and backyard construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities among various teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, and Prolog to track project progress and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity on-site.
- Facilitate communication between clients to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and project timelines.
- Ensure projects meet design specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control projects costs, ensuring no surprises.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are completed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management, Pool builds, and backyard remodels.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, processes specific to pools and outdoor spaces.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
