- Maintain a tidy, safe work cell; clean machines and work area regularly.
- Communicate with your lead and supervisor to coordinate priorities and next steps.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable lifting 30 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Quality background preferred—you notice details others miss.
- Tolerance for working around fiberglass materials.
- Basic understanding of machine controls and safe operation.
