The Human Resources Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the longterm care facility. Support survey readiness and participate in state and federal inspections as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional HR standards at all times.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in longterm care, skilled nursing, or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking platforms (Apploi experience a plus).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRMCP) preferred but not required.
