Job Summary
Join our team as a CDL Class A Owner Operator Driver and play a key role in transporting frac sand that supports energy extraction operations. This is a contract position for experienced owner-operators of CDL A standard semi trucks who are ready to run under our MC/DOT authority using our provided Motive ELD.
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused drivers who can operate across regional routes in the Anadarko, Permian, Williston, and Rocky Mountain basins. Drivers may haul using specialized equipment such as tri-axle and/or tandem axle bottom drop hoppers, as well as single and/or double box chassis. Trailers are also available for lease.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A standard semi truck on regional routes to deliver frac sand efficiently and on time
- Haul freight across the Anadarko, Permian, Williston, and Rocky Mountain basins
- Load and unload freight while following terminal-specific requirements
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance
- Plan and manage routes for timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate logs for driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, route changes, and any issues on the road
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures at all times
- Provide professional and reliable service to customers and terminal partners
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Clean driving record
- Must be the owner and operator of a CDL A standard semi truck
- Experience operating tractor-trailers in a commercial driving role
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Non-trucking liability insurance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hauling frac sand or other bulk materials
- Experience with bottom drop hoppers, chassis, or similar trailer types
- Delivery experience that includes load and unload procedures
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
