- Produce individualized service plans, monthly, weekly and session progress notes and discharge plan.
- Provide children and family support through individualized interventions including anger management, techniques to reduce impulsivity and aggression, grief issues, parenting education and to increase positive coping skills.
- Provide case management and service coordination, as well as serve as role model for child and family to learn socially effective behaviors and interventions.
- Provide emergency response and crisis intervention as needed.
- The work requires travel, working evening hours and weekend hours to meet the family’s needs.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelors degree in human services, social work , psychology, or related field
- Plus one year of clinical experience in working directly with clients, children and adults who have mental health issues. Preferred.
- Master’s Degree a plus
- QMHP or QMHP-T credential required
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Other Job and Training Requirements
- Maintain CPR and first aid certification
- Maintain Behavior Management training
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, inspection, & registration, and maintain a good driving record
- Child abuse screening and criminal history background check
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Our office in Midlothian Virginia. We cover Richmond, Chesterfield, Petersburg and surrounding counties
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:
