Broad River Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
Assist patients with mobility and functional goals
Document treatment sessions accurately
Communicate effectively with the rehab team

Qualifications

Active North Carolina PTA license
SNF experience preferred
Dependable PRN availability
