PKL Social is Houston’s Ice House-style sports bar - big patios, game-day energy, scratch kitchen, cold beer, golf sims, and pickleball as a social amenity.
We’re looking for hospitality-driven bartenders(s) who can work under pressure and control a busy bar.
This role is for someone who:
- Moves with urgency
- Greets guests confidently (host stand, bar, or tables)
- Can handle high-volume game days
- Makes strong food + drink recommendations
- Knows beer, craft cocktails, and bar flow.
- Keeps their bar clean and organized
- Handles pressure without losing personality
- Understands that hospitality > just taking orders
This is not a quiet bar and restaurant job.
This is energy. Community. Big games. Full patios.
We want someone who can:
- Work in a high-volume bar professionally
- Familiar with making craft cocktails and full bar program
- Step up during events
- Is a team-oriented player.
- Be part of building a go-to sports bar community in Houston
Requirements:
- High-volume experience preferred
- Weekend availability required (especially on Sunday)
- Team-first mindset
- Strong communication and accountability
