This working supervisor role provides the perfect blend of hands-on fieldwork and leadership responsibilities, with field days dedicated to plumbing and office days based out of our North Plainfield location.

About the Role:

Leadership & Mentorship: Train and develop the next generation of plumbers, providing on-the-job guidance to apprentices and helpers.

Team Oversight: Manage schedules, approve timecards, and be the go-to expert for plumbing questions.

Technical Excellence: Work alongside the team on installations, maintenance, and service work, specializing in water heaters, sump pumps, ejector pumps, toilets, sinks, and more.

Site Visits: Visit job sites regularly to support team members, ensure quality control, and address any on-site challenges or customer needs.

Office Days: On designated office days, the supervisor will work out of our North Plainfield shop to coordinate schedules, meet with the team, and ensure smooth operations.
Who We're Looking For:

Licensed plumbers (Chicago or Illinois Plumbing License preferred).

3rd or 4th-year apprentices with supervisory experience are also welcome.
