Join CCT Enterprises on 2nd shift and make an impact running established CNC Swiss and CNC lathe machines in a clean, team-first shop. Four 10s, Monday–Thursday. Three-day weekends—every week.
- You have at least a year of CNC machining experience.
- Turning centers, Swiss machines, or similar equipment feel familiar.
- Blueprints, calipers, and micrometers are part of your toolkit.
- You notice the little things that make a big difference in quality.
- You’re dependable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Run established programs on CNC Swiss and lathe machines following setup sheets and work instructions.
- Load raw material, manage bar feeders, and keep coolant and chip control dialed in.
- Perform routine tool changes and touch-offs to maintain process stability.
- Inspect in-process parts using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and thread gauges (as needed).
- Confirm parts meet customer specs before moving forward with production.
- Track critical dimensions; separate and report any nonconforming parts.
- Complete JobBOSS entries, travelers, and quality documentation accurately.
- Communicate issues early to Set-Up Technicians, Quality, and Production Supervisors.
- Safety first: follow procedures, know emergency stops, and maintain a clean work area.
- Team-centered: help where needed and support lean/continuous improvement.
- Growth-minded: take training and develop toward CNC Set-Up roles.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of CNC machining experience.
- Experience with CNC lathes/Swiss or similar turning machinery.
- Ability to read basic blueprints; use calipers and micrometers.
- Basic math and English reading comprehension.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
- Swiss machining and/or CNC lathe experience in production settings.
- Mechanical aptitude and bar feeder familiarity.
- JobBOSS or similar manufacturing software experience.
- Desire to advance into CNC Swiss or CNC Lathe Set-Up positions.

This role includes:
- Operating established CNC Swiss and lathe equipment.
- Producing precision parts safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring production, tooling, and quality.
- Building skills toward Set-Up positions.
This role does not include:
- CNC programming.
- Full machine setup.
- Engineering responsibilities.
- $19–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
