Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – PRN Job Summary
Arizona Concierge Nursing is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with current hands-on experience providing Botox/neuromodulator and dermal filler injections for a flexible PRN clinical opportunity.
This position is ideal for an experienced provider and aesthetic injector who enjoys working independently, interacting with a variety of clients, participating in nontraditional healthcare settings, and expanding their professional client base.
Current training and hands-on experience with Botox or other neuromodulators AND dermal fillers is required.

Duties
- Provide professional clinical services within the provider's licensed scope of practice.
- Perform appropriate pre-treatment patient assessments and Good Faith Examinations (GFEs), when applicable.
- Evaluate patient appropriateness and clinical candidacy for requested services.
- Exercise independent clinical judgment and provide appropriate provider-level recommendations and orders within scope of practice.
- Provide Botox/neuromodulator and dermal filler services within the provider's education, training, competency, and scope of practice.
- Perform aesthetic consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Identify contraindications and recognize potential complications associated with aesthetic injectable services.
- Collaborate professionally with nursing and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow established policies, clinical protocols, and applicable state and federal requirements.
- Promote patient safety and provide professional, courteous care.
- Participate in additional clinical responsibilities appropriate to the provider role as opportunities develop.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license.
- Current Botox/neuromodulator injection training and hands-on injection experience required.
- Current dermal filler training and hands-on injection experience required.
- Demonstrated experience providing injectable aesthetic services.
- Experience performing independent patient assessments and determining clinical appropriateness for treatment.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a flexible, nontraditional clinical environment.
- Current BLS certification.
Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, wellness, sports medicine, event medicine, or other autonomous clinical environments is a plus.
Schedule
PRN / As Needed
Schedule may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on scheduled opportunities and business needs.
Compensation
Starting compensation of $200 per scheduled assignment, with additional compensation for completed provider assessments.
Additional earning opportunities are available through Botox, dermal filler, and other aesthetic injectable services. This opportunity may be particularly well suited for an established or developing aesthetic injector interested in increasing professional exposure and expanding their personal client base.
Specific compensation and aesthetic service arrangements will be discussed with selected candidates during the interview process.
Pay: From $200.00 per day
