We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office applications and Oracle Netsuite
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for quick retrieval of documents
- Perform bookkeeping duties to support basic financial recordkeeping
- Support office management activities including supply ordering and inventory tracking
- Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and general computer literacy
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills to ensure accurate data entry within tight deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills
