Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and sanitation teams in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, sanitation, and custodial tasks across all areas.
- Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to foster teamwork and high performance.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
- Monitor the quality of cleaning services regularly through inspections, audits, and feedback to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational readiness at all times.
- Implement best practices for industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning projects to optimize efficiency without compromising quality.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing needs, operational issues, safety concerns, and customer service improvements.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial environments.
- Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, janitorial work, and sanitation management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety protocols.
- Experience managing laundry operations as part of overall housekeeping responsibilities is preferred.
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to train staff and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in hospitality management or housekeeper supervision is highly desirable for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
