Requirements
> Experience in
- deploying, configuring, maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks.
- performing software installations and upgrades.
> One or more of the following skills:
- System administration support of
- Windows, Unix, and/or HP OpenVMS operating systems,
- TCP/IP networks,
- Token-based public key infrastructure (PKI) and/or CAC smartcards,
- Network and web security,
- Network communication devices (hub, switches and routers).
- Web Server and Directory Server management.
- Maintaining network servers, file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems.
- Virtualization technology (e.g. VMware)
> An understanding of secure systems engineering development, including system security requirements analysis, system security requirements allocation, trade-off analysis, other system security analyses, and secure system definition and specification development.
> At least one certification is required. Preferred certifications include:
- MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional
- Network +
- COMPTIA Security +
- MCSA - Microsoft Certified System Administrator
- CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- MCSE - Microsoft Certified System Engineer
> Experience in planning and analysis relevant to all areas of expertise above and shall be able to lead and collaborate with teams.
