Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate transportation activities efficiently and ensure seamless logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatching of technicians and plumbers using ServiceTitan.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and warehouse personnel via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear instructions and updates.
- Manage scheduling, ensuring great service and making the most of every day.
- Utilize analysis skills to troubleshoot issues related to fleet management, technician assignment, or route adjustments promptly.
- Review invoices for accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper phone etiquette and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Skills
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan is a massive plus!
- Strong understanding of the dispatch position, specificall for HVAC and/or plumbing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Data entry accuracy combined with typing skills for efficient recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of dispatch processes and analysis skills to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
