About the Role
You'll join an established team of skilled technicians handling a steady flow of repair and service work. This is a full time, Monday–Friday position. No weekends. No late nights. You'll work on newer vehicles using up to date equipment, backed by systems built to keep your workflow smooth and your hours productive.
This role is for established technicians ,not people learning the trade. Training is available to sharpen your skills, but you should already be making money fixing vehicles before you apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform quality work that holds up and keeps customers safe on the road
- Stay productive and hit consistent output with the steady workflow we provide
- Communicate clearly with service writers, teammates, and management
- Keep your bay, tools, and equipment in good working order
- Take part in ongoing paid training to stay current on new technology
What You'll Need
- At least 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- A track record of generating revenue and staying productive in a shop setting
- Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability and a commitment to quality work
Nice to Have
- Experience with newer makes and models
- Familiarity with modern shop management systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $70,000 – $180,000 per year, based on experience and production
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
