**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host/Host to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and effectively manage the flow of customers in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests and provide a warm welcome, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated - Manage the front-of-house operations, including seating guests, answering phone calls, and taking reservations - Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Operate the TOAST POS system efficiently and accurately - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors - Provide help to guests with any questions or needs they may have - Ensure that all guests receive the highest level of customer service, including prompt and attentive service - Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service - Demonstrate a commitment to guest relations and a desire to exceed guest expectations **Experience:** - Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, preferably as a Host/Host - Experience with POS systems and food service operations - Strong knowledge of customer service and guest relations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm - Willingness to learn and grow with our organization **Skills:** - Proficiency in Toast POS - Experience in the hospitality industry - Excellent customer service and guest relations skills - Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests - Willingness to help and support other members of the team - Basic knowledge of food service operations and procedures - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a positive attitude.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS/WEEKENDS. Willing to hire one full time or two part time brew crew members.
