About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized team member to join our reception crew. You’ll greet clients, manage the flow of the day, schedule appointments, answer phones, and help ensure our hospital runs smoothly.
This is an entry-level position — no prior veterinary experience required. We’ll train the right person who shows initiative, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people and pets.
That said, if you already have experience in veterinary reception, client service, or a medical office environment — we’d love to see how your skills can help us continue raising the bar for client care.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome clients and their pets warmly upon arrival
- Answer phones, emails, and schedule appointments accurately
- Maintain and update patient records
- Process payments and prepare invoices
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Educate clients on hospital protocols (vaccines, surgery, boarding, etc.)
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and inviting
- Help your teammates where needed to keep the day running smoothly

- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual — your team counts on you
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Customer service or medical office experience is helpful but not required
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods
