Oak Meadow is seeking an Inventory and Purchasing Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and related operations. This role ensures the products, materials, and resources we rely on are available when needed, accurately tracked, and managed thoughtfully and efficiently. The role works across teams and with vendors to balance quality, cost, availability, and operational needs.

Purchasing & Vendor Management
- Oversee purchasing from sourcing and ordering through delivery, while building strong vendor relationships and monitoring cost, quality, service, and reliability.
- Research products, suppliers, and purchasing options to support organizational needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve purchasing and vendor issues and maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
Inventory, Product & Pricing Management
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and movement to maintain accurate records and help prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Manage product information and pricing across relevant business systems and sales channels.
- Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and year-end inventory activities; investigate discrepancies and recommend improvements.
- Analyze costs and margins and support pricing updates and other opportunities to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner with curriculum, education, operations, fulfillment, finance, and marketing teams to coordinate materials, products, and resources.
- Support new and updated products, programs, and materials from sourcing through implementation.
- Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, create and improve processes and procedures related to purchasing and inventory management.
You Should Apply If You Bring:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, supply chain, operations, fulfillment, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating purchasing decisions.
- Comfort working with business systems, inventory platforms, e-commerce, accounting systems, and/or spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented approach to improving processes and getting things done.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
