We’re looking for a Junior Sales Team Member for the Verizon campaign in the Inland Empire. As part of a sales and business consulting team, you’ll execute structured outreach strategies, support client acquisition across commercial accounts, and contribute directly to campaign growth.
As a Junior Sales Team Member, you’ll work in the field meeting with homeowners and small businesses, explaining Verizon’s wireless services and matching customers to the right solutions. You’ll conduct outreach, manage leads, close sales, and foster trust in your territory.
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Team Member
- Connect directly with customers looking for Verizon Wireless products and services.
- Present Verizon’s wireless plans and bundles clearly, highlighting features, pricing, and value.
- Match customer needs with the most suitable Verizon Wireless service option.
- Complete sales enrollments and activations with accuracy and compliance.
- Track daily sales metrics, report leads, and build long-standing relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications of the Junior Sales Team Member
- High school diploma or GED required
- Under 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to present service offerings and engage clients professionally.
- Self-driven and results-focused, with the ability to work independently and manage daily sales goals.
Pay: $46,511.66 - $56,014.04 per year
