Momonoki/ MOMO CAFE in midtown Atlanta is seeking a full time restaurant manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in high volume, and/or coffee shop management, be team oriented, and have a passion for the service industry.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Day to day operations of the entire restaurant including closing the restaurant and ensuring that all staff has completed closing properly, and daily tips and sales are recorded.
Weekly alcohol and dry goods inventory.
Manage Cafe and FOH staff, ensuring everyone is productive and following rules in place.
Be able to delegate and complete cleaning and organizing tasks.
Handle customer complaints.
The perfect candidate will need to be outgoing, friendly, able to solve problems quickly and be very organized.
Will report to General Manager.
Guarantee $900 per week (based on hourly pay plus tips; Pay schedule is semi-monthly).
