Speech Language Pathologist | Build Your Private Practice on Your Own Terms
Callie started with a simple mission: improve patient access to insurance-covered speech therapy. That’s why we help Speech Language Pathologists build private practices that accept insurance without navigating credentialing, enrollments, authorizations, claims, billing, payer panels, or technology on their own. SLPs build and grow private practices on Callie with access to our existing insurance network, offloading the administrative work, and using you a modern EHR to manage their caseload and practice. You bill in-network without the hassle so that you can focus on patient care and growing a clinic of your own.
Whether you're building a side caseload, launching your first private practice, or expanding an existing one, Callie gives you the infrastructure to grow without the usual administrative burden.
Why SLPs Partner With Callie
We work with you every step of the way so you build your practice to have the biggest impact on patients possible. We offer:
- In-network. You join our existing insurance network and bill in-network from the start, under contracts covering Texans across Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, and Military insurance plans. SLPs spend countless months navigating credentialing with multiple insurance plans and then have to figure out how to handle billing on their own.
- Increase patient access. Being in network with major insurance plans allows more patients to access your services using their insurance benefits.
- No subscription fees, no upfront costs. We never charge providers to use the platform. Callie is compensated through a portion of insurance reimbursements for the administrative services we provide, including credentialing, authorizations, billing, factoring, and claims. Our incentives are aligned with yours.
- Reliable biweekly payments. We pay providers every two weeks while we manage claims and reimbursement with insurance companies.
- We handle the administrative work. Credentialing, billing, claims, benefits verification, authorizations, and scheduling support are all managed for you.
- A modern EHR with AI documentation. Our platform already supports hundreds of clinicians with AI-assisted documentation that drafts SOAP notes and evaluations for your review.
