Wagon Wheel Pub is a combination of local bar and also party room. We have great patio area. Our team in expanding and we provide competitive wages with excellent tips. We are seeking a skilled ,enthusiastic and friendly Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices is required

- Food handling: Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic math calculations for cash handling and order processing
- Restaurant: Familiarity with restaurant operations and service standards
- Customer service: Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

- Sales: Ability to upsell and promote beverage options to customers
