Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Install new mechanical equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety standard
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs.
- Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, prioritize urgent repairs, and improve operational Proven
