This role is perfect for someone who enjoys closing in-person sales, thrives in a modern studio environment, and wants to move up fast. You’ll be hands-on with clients, perform cosmetic whitening treatments (no experience needed), and drive studio performance alongside your Studio Partner.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Membership Growth
- Guide clients through service options and close retail and membership sales
- Achieve and exceed weekly sales goals — with no cap on commissions or tips
- Promote aftercare kits and ongoing whitening plans
Client Experience & Whitening Services
- Perform whitening treatments (we train you — no esthetics or dental license required)
- Lead clients through pre- and post-care education
- Deliver a high-end, polished studio experience for every guest
Studio Support
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and client-ready
- Assist with appointment flow, rebooking, and communication
- Collaborate with your Studio Partner to help drive daily success
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ year of experience in closing sales, Door to Door, Medical Sales, Fitness, etc.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and confidently closing in person
- Coachable, organized, and motivated by clear goals
