Manager in Training – Jimmy John’s
Starting Pay: Between $15/hr-$17/hr (with fast growth opportunities)
Locations: Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs
We’re hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to help run some of the busiest Jimmy John’s stores in South Florida. If you work hard, learn fast, and show leadership, your pay and responsibility can increase quickly.
We are the largest Jimmy John’s franchisee in South Florida and we’re actively growing. That means real opportunity, not empty promises.
What You’ll Do
- Learn how to run a Jimmy John’s from the ground up
- Lead shifts and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver freaky fast service and top-tier customer experience
- Handle opening/closing procedures, cash, and food prep
- Help train and develop team members
- Step into higher responsibility as you progress through training
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic, urgency, and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Reliable transportation (you may work at different locations)
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
Pay & Growth
- Starting pay: Between $15/hr-$17/hr
