As a growing sales and development firm, we are actively hiring a motivated Bilingual Customer Support Associate to support the expansion of our AT&T campaigns. As demand for reliable connectivity continues to rise, the Bilingual Customer Support Associate plays a key role in connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds and delivering clear, personalized service experiences.
In this role, the Bilingual Customer Support Associate will work directly with customers to introduce AT&T products and technology solutions, explain service options, and guide individuals toward the best plans and devices for their needs. By combining strong communication skills with a customer-first approach, the Bilingual Customer Support Associate helps drive sales growth while creating positive, lasting customer relationships.
Bilingual Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing customers to present AT&T products, services, and current promotions
- Communicate in customers’ preferred language to ensure clarity and confidence in their decisions
- Break down device features, service plans, and connectivity options into simple, easy-to-understand benefits
- Recommend tailored plans and device solutions based on customer needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Support customers through enrollment, upgrades, and account changes with accuracy and professionalism
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups to meet individual and team goals
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, services, and promotions through ongoing training
Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Support Associate:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (or another second language)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment
- Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and career growth
- Prior Bilingual Customer Support Associate experience is a plus
