In this role, you’ll create meaningful connections with customers, share the story behind the Marley Natural brand, and help deliver an elevated retail experience in a vibrant, island-inspired environment. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your retail and brand experience while contributing to the opening and ongoing success of our Key West location.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome every guest with warmth, positivity, and genuine hospitality
Guide customers through our products, sharing knowledge of Marley Natural’s lifestyle, values, and offerings
Deliver a personalized shopping experience that reflects quality, culture, and community
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash handling and transactions
Maintain visually appealing displays through thoughtful merchandising and restocking
Support inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks
Assist with e-commerce orders and customer inquiries when needed
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Contribute to store events, activations, and community engagement efforts
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Interest in lifestyle brands, music culture, and conscious living
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
Must be reliable, adaptable, and bring a positive vibe to the team
