What You’ll Do:

Provide hands-on care, administer medications, and monitor resident well-being

Collaborate with CNAs, med aides, and leadership to ensure excellent care delivery

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Current North Carolina LPN license
