As we continue to grow, we are seeking an organized, proactive, and experienced Construction Operations Coordinator.
Position Summary
The Construction Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the production side of residential remodeling projects, including filing and managing construction permits. This role serves as the central point of communication between customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding project timelines, updates, and expectations.
- Filing and tracking construction permits with local municipalities.
- Order and track construction materials for active projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Review, process, and manage project invoices and purchase orders.
- Coordinate and schedule remodeling projects, subcontractors, and inspections.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or production issues.
- Ensure materials, labor, and resources are available to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation within company systems.
- Work closely with sales, design, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE experience in residential construction.
- Must have experience filing construction permits.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and scheduling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Experience with CRM and project management platforms preferred
- Valid Driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites when needed.
- Experience using JobNimbus is highly preferred
