Bright Nest Home Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving the Westside of Los Angeles. We're looking to partner with experienced, reliable cleaning professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience. (Active residential or Airbnb cleaning experience is a plus.)
· Reliable personal vehicle to travel to client homes
· Able to pass a criminal background check.
· Fluent English
· Have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
· Must have availability to accept cleaning assignments during weekday business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM). Occasional Saturday availability is a plus.
· Smartphone for scheduling and communicating
· Dependability and reliability are a must.
· Willing to accept cleaning assignments within our service areas of Westchester, Playa Del Rey, Playa Vista, Mar Vista, and surrounding areas
This Partnership Is NOT For:
· Cleaners who are inconsistent, unreliable, and unprofessional
· Cleaners with very limited availability
· Cleaners who accept assignments and then cancel last minute, fail to show up, or do not communicate
· Cleaners who have repeated client complaints regarding quality or professionalism
