Evergreen Woods Health & Rehabilitation Center a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility is hiring for a Staffing/Central Supply Coordinator to maintain the daily scheduling and coordination of Facility Nursing Staff, as well as ordering and stocking all medical supplies required for patient care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Director of Nursing and NHA.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Confirms and verifies staffing schedules for the nursing departments.
- Communicates and assists in resolving staffing concerns timely.
- Reviews staffing levels as needed on a daily basis.
- Consults with leadership teams concerning the staffing needs.
- May assist facility recruiting function.
- prepares reports and projects related to scheduling and staffing.
- Maintains an inventory of supply items to meet the needs of the residents.
- Inventories and stocks supplies maintained at nurses station and supply points.
- Ensures all purchase orders are properly prepared, signed and submitted as required by procurement policies and procedures.
- Labels all appropriate medical supplies with a billing number.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to meet all health, compliance, and competency requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- One to three years of experience in scheduling for a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families and staff.
- A valid Florida CNA License, preferred
