Behavior Technician
Pay: $20 – $25/hr | Part-time | Kent County, MI

Eligibility for Client Cancellation Pay

Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–25/hr for direct services (based on ABA experience)
- $15/hr training/non-billable rate
- Eligibility for cancellation pay when clients cancels sessions
- 1 extra hour of pay per week for session notes and other duties
- Paid time off (PTO) for all employees
- $600 bonus after working with clients for 90 days

What You’ll Do:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to learners from ages 2-21 in a 1:1 setting:
- Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Collect, graph, and summarize client data
- Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional assessments
- Collaborate with caregivers and professionals
- Attend team and supervisory meetings
- Optional: obtain & maintain RBT certification and participate in ongoing training

Who We’re Looking For:
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Kent County
- Positive, flexible, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing
- This position may require physical activities including but is not limited to: bending, kneeling, twisting, sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, visual acuity, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Availability to work at least 2 evenings per week Monday-Friday
- Candidates must have completed a 40 hour RBT training prior to hire. This is provided for free, but the training may be taken through other locations
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, after school and evening shifts
- Potential day hours available
- Some weekend opportunities
