The Sea Dog in Topsham, ME has openings for Dishwashers and Prep Cook. We are searching for aspiring, energetic applicants to join our kitchen team. We are an independent, continually growing, locally owned company operating successful brewpubs in ME, NH and FL. We pride ourselves on fresh food, hand crafted ale, exceptional service and legendary atmosphere! Our busy Topsham location is well established and located in the historic Bowdoin Mill on the Androscoggin River. Our menu focuses on fresh seafood and creative pub fare with new specials each week. Job responsibilities for Kitchen Staff, Line Cooks, and Dishwashers include but not limited to:

- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Maintaining a professional, customer first attitude driven by hospitality is key.
- Executing assigned tasks and food recipe preparation to spec.
- Maintaining sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
- Maintaining a positive and respectful approach with coworkers and customers.
- Completes assigned opening and closing duties in the kitchen.
- Receive deliveries and organize stock.
- Maintaining facility appearance, cleanliness, and display standards in compliance with company standards.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Stock and safely use all cleaning supplies as intended.
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
