About the Role
We're a growing home exterior cleaning company looking for a reliable, motivated Lead Window Cleaning Technician to be the face of our service in customers' homes. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll help set the standard for how we do work, and as the business expands, so does your role, hours, and earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Perform professional interior and exterior window cleaning at residential (and some commercial) properties
- Complete related exterior cleaning services as needed (gutters, screens, tracks, and more as we grow our service stack)
- Show up on time, ready to work, 4 days a week — reliability is the single most important trait for this role
- Collect payment from customers at the end of each job and handle transactions accurately
- Identify and recommend additional services during and after jobs (add-on cleaning, recurring service plans, seasonal work) to grow ticket size and build repeat business
- Represent the company professionally: courteous, clean, and trustworthy in every customer interaction
- Maintain equipment and keep the work vehicle organized and stocked
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual — someone who takes ownership and shows up
- Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and at heights
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer-facing communication
- Comfortable talking about services and upselling in a natural, low-pressure way
- Able to handle payment collection responsibly and honestly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physically able to lift equipment and stand/climb for extended periods
- Prior window cleaning, exterior cleaning, or related trade experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person

Pay: $900.00 - $1,700.00 per week
