Duties
- Engage in warm calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities within targeted markets.
- Present compelling pest control solutions to potential clients, emphasizing benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with B2B clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Smarter Launch to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features, troubleshoot client issues, and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales and D2D, preferably service-based industries such as pest control or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—that foster trust and clarity with clients.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and sales strategy execution.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques for lead generation and brand positioning.
