BLV Enterprise is seeking an Orlando-based Licensed Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist to support our growing real estate investment division.
This is a remote, part-time position offering steady hourly pay, a structured pipeline, and performance-based commission opportunities.
In this role, you'll manage seller leads, acquisition follow-up, buyer communications, CRM updates, transaction coordination, and disposition support. While the position is primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings may be required for local clients, property appointments, or business needs.

Schedule
Monday – Thursday
- 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM ET
- 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET
Friday
Saturday (Required Every Week)
Total Hours: 25 hours per week
Compensation
Base Pay
- $20.00 per hour
- Approximately $500/week (25 hours)
Weekly KPI Bonus
- Eligible for a $50 weekly performance bonus after training
Commission Structure
- 1st Closed Sale: 5% of Net Profit
- 2nd Closed Sale: 7.5% of Net Profit
- 3rd & Additional Closed Sales: 10% of Net Profit
Growth Opportunity
- Commission structure may be reviewed after the probation period based on performance, reliability, and production.
Responsibilities
- Call, qualify, and follow up with motivated seller leads using company processes.
- Identify seller motivation, timeline, property condition, equity position, urgency, and investment potential.
- Conduct acquisition follow-up and assist with offer presentations and objection handling.
- Schedule next steps with qualified sellers.
- Support disposition efforts by communicating with buyers, investors, and real estate partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, follow-up tasks, and deal notes.
- Coordinate purchase agreements, title communication, transaction updates, and deal documentation.
- Provide daily reporting on calls, follow-ups, appointments, offers, hot leads, and active transactions.
- Escalate high-value opportunities, contract issues, seller concerns, or buyer challenges promptly.
- Work independently while consistently meeting KPIs and reporting expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License (Required)
- Must reside in the Orlando, Florida area.
- Previous real estate sales experience.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable speaking with sellers, buyers, investors, and vendors.
- Confident making outbound calls, conducting follow-up, and negotiating.
- Available to work the required schedule, including every Saturday.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, phone, and dedicated home office.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent CRM management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
