When trust matters most, exceptional professionals step forward.
Some professionals sell services. Others become trusted advisors at one of the most difficult moments in a person's life.
You are the professional people look to for confidence, direction, and reassurance. Your presence brings clarity to uncertain situations, and your ability to listen, assess, and lead earns trust long before a contract is signed.
You are equally comfortable making critical decisions independently and collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes. You understand that technical knowledge opens the door, but credibility, empathy, and disciplined execution are what distinguish an exceptional consultant.
You believe responsiveness is a reflection of professionalism. You follow through without being asked, communicate with precision, and hold yourself accountable to a standard that exceeds expectations.
Our Loss Consultants serve as trusted field advisors following significant property loss. They lead the client experience from first response through signed agreement on primary assignments and partner with senior consultants on fire-rotation and supported leads.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
Create confidence in high-pressure situations through calm judgment and a composed professional presence.
Build trust quickly through authenticity, empathy, credibility, and thoughtful communication.
Take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for direction or simply completing assigned tasks.
Balance compassion for the client with the decisiveness required to move complex situations forward.
Protect the integrity of every commitment, detail, and client interaction.
Operate independently in the field while contributing fully to a coordinated team effort.
View responsiveness, preparation, and follow-through as essential elements of professional excellence.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Respond to property-loss events as one of the first professionals a homeowner encounters.
Assess each situation quickly and help stabilize the client's immediate concerns with confidence and care.
Guide primary leads through the full consultative process, from deployment through signed Home Improvement Contract.
Partner with Lead Loss Consultants on fire-rotation and supported assignments and complete disciplined, in-person handoffs.
Coordinate with estimators, production teams, approved vendors, and carrier representatives regarding the scope and cost of the company repairs.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure every transition is complete, professional, and free of surprises.
Represent the company's standards of trust, ownership, quality, and client care at every stage.
This is not a traditional sales position.
It is an opportunity for an accomplished professional to apply sound judgment, executive-level communication, and consultative expertise where the quality of the relationship matters as much as the result.
This full-time, field-based role requires 24/7 on-call availability, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, strong client-management capability, and the ability to remain calm and effective on active loss scenes.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
