Supervisor of Customer Care Center
The Customer Care Center Supervisor leads and supports a team of Customer Care Specialists and Team Leads to ensure high-quality, efficient customer service delivery. This role is responsible for coaching and developing team members, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement in service quality and key performance metrics. The Supervisor also plays a key role in handling escalated customer issues and ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
Train, develop, and coach Customer Care Team Leads and Specialists to improve performance, engagement, and service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role involving sales, service, or public interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
