Responsibilities
- Opportunity to become an owner for those who feel like they have been locked out . You will motivate the dealership sales team to achieve sales targets, focusing on high-end automobile sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and retail sales growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new customers through outbound sales efforts and cold calling campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up, upselling opportunities, and customer engagement across all channels including phone etiquette and CRM software utilization.
- Oversee inventory control and inventory management processes to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and ensure availability of popular models.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service, public speaking engagements, and personalized communication to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Supervise dealership operations including finance, service departments, and support staff while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Utilize organizational skills to streamline processes such as retail math calculations, dealership financial analysis, and sales support activities to maximize profitability.
Skills
- Proven experience in dealership management or automotive sales leadership with a strong background in automobile sales, retail math, inventory management, and inventory control.
- Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with B2B sales expertise to close high-value deals effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse customer bases and enhance outreach efforts.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer information, and supporting outbound sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking capabilities for presentations or community engagement events.
- Experience in marketing strategies that support upselling techniques and expanding the dealership’s sales pipeline.
