We’re currently hiring for three positions:
Team Member Bathing Technician Grooming Professional

✨ Open Positions & Pay Details
1. Team Member — $15–$16/hr
A great fit for someone who enjoys helping neighbors find the right solutions for their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist neighbors with kindness and enthusiasm
- Learn and share product knowledge (we train you!)
- Stock, merchandise, and keep aisles neat
- Help neighbors find food, treats, toys, and solutions
- Assist neighbors at checkout
2. Bathing Technician — $17/hr + tips
A role for hands-on animal lovers who want to grow in the grooming field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bathe and brush dogs to prepare them for grooming
- Assist groomers with daily tasks
- Keep the grooming salon tidy, safe, and welcoming
- Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments
- Help neighbors and pups at check-in
- Create a calm, comforting experience for nervous pets
- Career growth: If you want to become a groomer, we offer paid training through Paragon Grooming School
3. Grooming Professional — Up to 60% Commission + Tips
We’re seeking talented groomers who value a supportive environment and steady clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality grooms with attention to safety and detail
- Build relationships with neighbors and their pets
- Maintain grooming notes, safety standards, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with a friendly, enthusiastic team
